Dominique Macquet is the chef partner of Dominique’s at the Maison Dupuy Hotel in New Orleans Louisiana. Born and raised on the Island of Mauritius, he personally selected this Fleur de Sel, harvested on the island of Mauritius in the Southwest Indian Ocean.
Dominique’s Fleur de Sel is a sea salt of exceptional taste and purity. It is no wonder that Chef Thierry Rautureau uses this Fleur de Sel exclusively in all of his culinary recipes.
