Hooray!! Tom and Thierry’s radio show is coming back!!
The first show, which is called Seattle Kitchen, will air on KIRO 97.3 this Saturday, January 7, at 8am and again on Sunday, January 8, at 10 am. The show will air weekly.
We will keep you posted as Facebook and Twitter become active under the name Seattle Kitchen.

Twin River’s Kolsch Lager is now on draft at LUC. This popular lager is brewed in Monroe, WA by former Rover’s Chef de Cuisine Adam Hoffman.
About Twin River’s Brewing Company
Twin River’s was founded by Tim Kovach and became the first brewery in Monroe, WA. He sold his restaurant and brewery to Adam Hoffman in late 2010, and the brewery have since produced more than 12 varieties of beer. The beer is brewed in small batches and includes an IPA, ESB, Nut Brown Ale, Copper Ale, Russian Imperial Stout, Kolsch and Brown Ale, and many more!
A full selection of Twin River’s beer is available by the pint or growler at Adam’s Northwest Bistro and Brewery in Monroe, WA (104 N. Lewis Street in Monroe).
